25/26 Season Reservations
Below are the trip dates for the 25/26 season. A $200 deposit is due to reserve a trip. The remainder is due on October 1st. All trips booked after October 1st, will be due in full following sign-up.

What's Included?​​

Whole hut rentals
All the trips listed are for the entire hut rental, meaning you will room for up to 8 people. Prices are for individual huts, but both can be booked for large groups (up to 16 people).
Each hut is designed and equipped to function independently of the other hut. Learn more about camp here.

Extras
Porter/Shuttle Services
Are offered bundled @ $450 and $300 for just gear portering to camp. Access/shuttle/porter logistics are detailed in the hut guide and this map.
Drink
We are offering kegs from Dru Bru this season delivered to the hut. 1/6th kegs for $120-135 depending on the beer selected.

Policies​​

Trip Cancellation and Refunds
The trip deposit is non-refundable, unless Fortune Peak Huts in unable to operate during your trip dates. If for whatever reason Fortune Peak Huts is unable to operate during your reservations, a full refund will be issued, and priority booking will be allocated for rescheduling.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to operations@fortunecreekhuts.com. The effective cancellation date is the date upon the email notice is received. If written notice is not received, amounts paid will be forfeited. Cancellations will be refunded based on the following schedule:

More than 60 days before departure – full refund minus deposit, deposit stored as credit up to 1 year.

30 – 60 days before departure – 25% refund on total trip cost

Less than 30 days before departure – no refund will be issued

Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend trip insurance. There are many providers and coverages available. Below is a provider that offers "cancel for any reason" insurance as well as emergency insurance. Most trip insurance must be purchased within 20 days of your initial deposit.
Trip Changes
As availability allows, users may switch to different trips within the same season. Excess funds from a change are stored as credits and will not be refunded.
